About Me
I'm Alice, an integrative counsellor offering online counselling for adults across the UK.
I work with people who are often seen as coping and capable on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally stretched.
Many of the people I support are thoughtful and self-aware, yet carry a lot beneath the surface — overthinking, pressure, or a sense of never quite switching off — without always having a space to talk about it openly.

What drew me to counselling
I've always been interested in what sits underneath what we show to the world — the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that aren't always visible to others.
Over time, I became increasingly aware of how many people carry things quietly while continuing to manage their day-to-day lives. That awareness stayed with me, and led me towards counselling as a way of offering a space where those experiences can be explored more openly.
My training as an integrative counsellor has deepened that understanding and continues to shape the way I work — with curiosity, care, and respect for each person's individual experience.
My approach
My approach is warm, grounded, and non-judgemental.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing our work to be flexible and shaped around you rather than fitting you into a single model.
I won't rush you or expect you to have the "right" words. Instead, I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what's been building up.
What working together feels like
I aim to create an environment where you feel safe enough to be honest — even about the things that are difficult to put into words.
When you have space to explore your thoughts and emotions without pressure or judgement, things can begin to feel clearer and more manageable.
Together, we can gently untangle what's been weighing on you and find a way forward that feels steadier, calmer, and more sustainable.
Reaching out
Starting counselling can feel like a big step — especially if you're used to handling things on your own.
You don't need to wait until things feel unmanageable.
I offer online counselling for adults across the UK who are looking for a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Often, the people I work with are used to being the strong one for others — and are looking for somewhere they can put that down for a while.
